overcharging for monthly bill / incorrect charge

i'm sending this complaint against comcast for charging me wrong every month, they offerred me 139.00 q month but when i received my statement it was doubled of what i am suppossed to pay then i received a reminder that i have a past due payment which is not right because i just got this installed dec 30. on the stement i received its due on jan. 29 so i'm so confused whats going on, this is the worst i ever encountered ever.so if comcast reading this complaint from customer please do something.otherwise i have to cancel my service from comcast.
