outages, repeatedly and no one to speak with

So, Dec 31 and the cable signal is iffy.  Call the automated help and get next to nothing.  Fast forward to Jan 1, and from 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM NO SERVICE - INTERNET, WI-FI, CABLE.  Phone support is a recording.  Oddly, the TV adds tell one that they are there "24/7" to make Xfinity the best experience..... I THINK NOT!  

So, do I get credit for all of the New Year's Day specials that I missed, LIVE broadcasts for?
