outage

I live in wauchula, do you have any idea when our internet services will be back up your page says the 22nd which is tomorrow but we just talked to someone in customer service and they said they had no idea.  They couldnt give a date I really need to know childern are back in school and need the internet for homework? really should I cancel my service to sign up with someone else until youcan get it back up and running?
