our bill has increased again

the charge for this month has gone up by 2.00

i always monitor our bills...the recent total was around 117 and was holding steady around that figure for a while..iam shocked to see this. if our bill could be reduced back to 117 that would be swell. i dont have 100% trust in comcast as a whole...not since i was over throttled 2 years ago. something like that can affect how i place trust in certain companies. it is what it is.
