im trying to do an online chat about my bill. i recently changed my service package, and my bill still shows im being charged at the old price. im trying to chat with an agent, but it keeps telling me i didnt enter a phone number, when there is no where to enter a phone number.
Hi irishtriplets -- We can help you here with your billing question. Based on what you've described, you would be seeing your old price due to your statement printing prior to your package change. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication. I will verify why your bill is showing your old price.
