new offer

I just changed my service the other day for phone and internet 49.99, but I just got an offer in the mail for 44.99 for the same thing.  Can I recieve that price instead?

I meant to say i got tv and internet for 49.99, but a new offer i recieved advertises 44.99 for the same service.  I am still in the 30 day window, can i recieve the new lower price?
