need to lower my bill

My bill is over $200 a month I can no longer afford this. I need to get my bill reduced or I will have to cancel some if not all services.

Re: need to lower my bill

Comcast pricing is chasing customers away with their high rates.  I'm researching my options to cut the cord.

Let's see, 2 days without a response from Comcast. I can see how much they care about a customer for over 15 years cancelling their service.

FWIW, this is primarily a customer-to-customer help and support forum.  If you want faster help you could try tweeting to @ComcastCares or posting on our Facebook page.  Otherwise, your post is in a queue to be helped by an official employee.

In the meantime, please do not send a PM to any official employee because it is against Forum Guidelines.
