This used to have, I thought I remembered, a padlock image shown.
I am running Edge in Windows 10. The home page under Xfinity Help and Support Forums is Secure. When going to a current post I see the same as you do. Since security for Windows 10 was just updated in last week or two, it might be the way Edge reads Xfinity security. It varies with different pages shown in Xfinity.
Are you running Edge (W10), or some other browser?
In the case of this forum, anyone can read most posts so it may not be a problem right here. It may be the case of Xfinity still working to fix recent vulnerablities.

This happens because Comcast is using insecure HTTP to load images into pages that are accessed with secure HTTPS. The HTTP image links seem to be contained in Employee and Expert signature blocks.
In Employee signatures (ex: https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/My-Account-Sign-In-Xfinity-Website/Cannot-Manage-my-plan/m-p/3037168#M...) the insecure links are:

After the last Windows 10 update (which I received in June, 2018), I see the following on my homepage (xfinity): not secure https://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust. When I open my email (xfinity), I see: not secure https://connect.xfinity.com.appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=defai;t0/inbox. Is your explanation for these messages the same as for the original one you address regarding forums? What should I do? Ignore the message? I called Comcast tech support twice and received no help. Thank you.
I am fully updated on Edge / W10 as of today 7/14/18. I see the not secure message here again. Since this is a forum and I have all defences up for intrusions on my computer used here I am not too worried. They are working on the new design for the forum and will eventually get things back to normal.
I may be a paranoid old programmer from back to 1979, but with all the hacks to hugh data-bases, all information is already out there for the vast majority of us.
