my bill

Why is it impossible to reach a customer service agent?  Why do they not call back when a call s scheduled? Why does Comcast feel the have the right to add on charges once you go paperless? Why can't I contact someone to find out what they are doing? Comcast/xFinity is even worse that AT&T!  Are none of them to be trusted to do as they promise? I'm so frustrated and disgusted. They feel if you can't reach them, they can do whatever they want!!!!!!
