my bill and being lied to

I have been having problems with my service from y'all sense I came back now not long ago I talked to a tech on the phone who got someone to come to my house if I have to pay I told him leave it alone cause it's yall's problem and I'm not paying for someone to come here and fix it unless Comcast is paying now my bill comes in and just cause I talk to him on the phone and he couldn't help me y'all wanna charge me FREAKIN 60 dollars and if I would have known he was gonna do that I would have not been nice somebody better fix this
