Why do you offer the "Manage Your Plan" option on your website but then insist that I speak to or chat with a customer service representative if I want to actually "manage my plan"?  I'm using my xfinity provided internet service but I can't use that to make changes?  Same old Comcast.  Looks like you put lipstick on a pig to make it appear that you have changed your way of dealing with customers.  I don't want to speak to someone. I want to manage my account online!!!!

Hello kayjay9661. We're sorry you have encountered a known issue we are currently working on repairing. Our web development team is working on fixing the existing customer shopping portal, and we currently do have an ETR. In the meantime, I can assist you with an account review to see if there are any offers available that may better suit your needs.
