manage my plan

I need to make changes to my services. I would like to be able to read through available plans and bundles and prices and find my best fit, however when i try to view them i get an error and am instructed to call. Calling has not been productive (disconnected twice and twice was connected to someone that either I could not understand or who could not understand me). How can I view these products?

Hi r-laws -- Viewing these plans won't be something you'll be able to do if you're seeing this error. You'll need assistance from an employee. I can help get you quotes for available plans. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either account number or linked phone number for authentication. I will also need to know what changes you're interested in making.
