why does comcast charge me $60 for a tech when the tech does not step foot in my house. my services goes in and out. called 1800 number and was told i need a tech. The last tech came out told me the signal was too strong added a spilter and told me he would need a line man to come out to fix the problem correctly. I get my bill and find a $60 charge for a probelm on comcasts main line. can someone explain to me why i get charged $60 for a probelm with comcast equiment.
