I need to save money monthly on my bill. I didn't expect it to be this high! What can you do?

From what I've experienced, you can't change much on the website. To decrease or take away services, you have to call them directly. There are no quick options to reduce the cost of your plan by an itemized list. You could switch plans online, but they come riddled with extra fees as well (franchise, broadcase, regional sports, etc) that, as a multi-billion dollar company, they should pay or show in the quoted price, but instead pass that onto the customer and pocket the rest while still maintaining a growing cost to the consumer.


Best way to reduce your bill? Switch providers if you're able and enjoy it while there's no monopoly preventing you from doing so.
