low hanging cable wires

Located in Houston. We have low hanging cable wires in front of our driveway that higher trucks hit it every time and afraid it might snap. Tried calling the generic Comcast customer service and not getting anywhere.  If it snaps, several homes will be affected, but not ours as our line comes in a different direction. Also afraid someone might get hurt.

Is there a special number to call?

Re: low hanging cable wires

amred -- Thank you for providing your information via PM. I was able to speak with our line team regarding this downed cable. They were able to come out and confirm that this is an AT&T line. Please contact AT&T to have them tend to this line.
