A storm caused a branch to bring down my cable line. There's no loss of service,  but it's laying on my yard,  strewn across the street, and dangling from the pole across the street, and blocking my neighbor's driveway. I've used the support chat and had an agent call me, but they won't seem to want to come sooner than 6/21.
