as a rwsult of the damage cuased last month in bethny Ct, we were without tv,phone or wifi for 7 days. I havent seen anything addresssing a refund to those customers.
is there a special site, form etc that I as a customer need to fill out? OR BY THE GRACE OF TECHNOLOGY, IS COMCAST/XFINITY GOING TO AUTOMATICALLY REIMBURSE ITS CUSTOMERS FOR THE LENGHTY OUTAGE, IT WAS FULLY AWARE OF?
