incorrect reward

I received my reward card. when I signed w xfinity, the plan I got had a $250 reward.i triple confirmed w sales rep.
I received visa in the amount of $150.
my plan includes internet, telephone and the top tier of programming. including hbo, starz, Showtime etc.. plus I spend 50 a month on movies that are supposed to be "free" and I'm charged for them every month. including ones I've only read info on , not completing transaction.
love my services but something's gotta give. I've been over charged, paid the amount, told I'd have credits, probably no payments for a couple of cycles. but every month new bill amt is taken out of bank acct.
please...someone straighten this mess out. I'm disabled, limited income, and this is only source of entertainment.
