i need to manage my account

I need to get my bill down, its's outrages. $230 a month for a phone we dont use, hd channels we dont get because they never brought a new box. Been with this company 5+ years, always paid on time. I've called and visited a store and no one knows why im being charged for services i dont have and they will never try to look into another plan that might save me a few bucks. Anyone know what at&t charge?
