how can i reschedule my tech appointment online?

I had the June 2nd appointment and we ran into one problem.  My building administrative team only has available logistical staff on Monday thru Fridays up until 5pm.  I'm new in the building and was misinformed by an office person.  Presenly, I need to reschedule and the only day I have available is Friday June 22nd, 2018,  I also have to notify dthe person in logistics to let the AT&T Technitian into the Cable room.  Presently, I have paid a down payment as May 30th and I have no Cable or even a future appointment.  Suggestions?
