i cancelled my account on saturday at 4 pm but apparently the representative didn't do anything abou

 so, i cancelled my internet while i was at work on saturday sept 02 2017. I came back home around 1 am and i noticed that my internet was still on, then i checked my email address to see if i had any confirmation number that i cancelled it but nothing was there so i called them and apparently nothing happened, so now because my 30 days agreement already past they want to charge me extra 110 dollars but so mad and really upset can someone help me out with this ... i am really dissapointed with this company
