help with lowering our bill

We are having some real hardships paying our bill each month. A family member is no longer here and my family has been struggling from month to month especially with this bill. We were thinking of maybe just keeping internet, and no cable. since we have a roku, this might be the best way to go. But then I was also looking at your deals for new members, for 89.99 a month,,or even less. Please help so we can manage to get back on our feet again.
