I just received a letter that my preferred email address was changed....I did not authorize the change

This Community Forum is probably not the best place for reporting this unless you just want to see if others have experienced it.  Have you contacted Customer Service via phone or logged in to look at your account preferences?  Was it a phishing email or a post office letter?
