eco bill discount never reflected each month

I live chat comcast every month and try to get my account adjusted to reflect my eco bill because it NEVER has, not even ONCE since I've been a customer. The last associate refused to adjust my bill and give me the credit, finally agreed to - and alas - never did. I'm fed up with this!
