My internet/TV bill has gotten out of hand. I would like to retain my current internet and drop TV completely. Can I do this through the chat function? I seem to recall that Comcast forces you to call and go through hoops to drop services.
Anybody know a shortcut?
You can change your service right here on the forums. Am employee will ask for your account info what changes you would like. Then they will tell you what deals are available to you. No pressure.
