customer retention,loyalty program

My current internet only promo plan of 25 mbps is ending 2-15-18 and I would like to continue with the current monthly bill of $24.99.  Can a comcast rep help me with making this happen?. I had no luck on the chat trying to do this without adding additional services which I do not require.I have been with Comcast since they acquired Aldelpha  many,many years ago.Thank you for your help.
