current bill increase

Current bill jumped up $30. I have about had it with the "negotions" for a new bundle. You get a two year contract and after one year you have to negotiate again. How is that a two year contract? I've gone into the store and they tell me that is the best we can do, in other words, we will lower it some but raise it more than the original contract. I'm ready to negotiate with another service provider. No wonder everyone hates Xfinity service and pricing.
