The last 4 months I have had massive problems with my internet and tv.  In my bldg I was told they were working on the problem.

Finally last month someone came to my apartment and changed my equipment.  The problem is it still drops me off the internet and TV.  At the time I asked for a 1 month credit on my bill, as of yet I have not received this.  I would like this credit for 1 month service and I would like my internet and Tv to work.
