Imarch 7-march 12 no tv because of defective comcast box. I called 6 times and got the earliest repair date. That was the 12th of March. The repair man said he would report the 6 days without tv and I would receive a credit, as did the agent I spoke with when I got the repair date. I got my bill yesterday, but there was no credit.. Will it show up on my next bill?
