connection issues

Every day, at least once or twice each day, lose internet, phone and tv connection.  Had tech come out, new wiring, new modem, still problems, when calling comcast, hard to get a human, always told regional issue.  Really!!!  Comcast is getting worse, am seriously considering going to some one else at end of year.  $2oo.oo a month and system is terrible.  Again, had tech come out, it is not us, it is Comcast and can not get explanation.  Hope I do not have to call for help when we lose phone connection
