Re: comcasts high cost

Hello zee2112,

Promotional discounts are not meant for the lifetime of an account. These promotions are meant to give new customers an introductory price to try the service for a limited period of time to see if they would like to keep the service after the introductory period. Often finding the correct level of service for a customer is the preferred method to decrease the overall cost in the total amount of the bill, as our regular retail prices are competitive throughout the cable industry. We do try to work with our existing customers and find packages that you are comfortable with.
