comcast unable to verify address for service availability

Hello,

 

Maybe switching to a new address in the near future and was trying to see if xfinity serviced the new address. However only get the message that the address was not recognized.

I was wondering if I could get assistance with adding an address to the database for xfinity service availability? Thank you.
