Hello, I recently paid a bill through your online website and then later found a letter that I had received from a collection agency stating that they would be taking over the account.  I just want to make sure that what I paid on your account will be forwarded to said collection agency.  The amount I paid on your website matched the amount on the letter from the collection agency.
