It looks like Comcast's internal system is a mess. I was charged a modem rental fee on a equipment which was 100% my own property. I reported this issue and Comcast investigated. They called me and told me that they had determined the modem was not theirs and will remove the fee accordingly. However, it is still there and when I reached out to the customer service once agian, they told me that my equipment was marked as a leased item and would like to restart the investigation process one more time! Anybody can help? Thanks.
Hi pineapplex -- Apologies for the issues with this modem rental. This was review and your modem was changed to Customer Owned. All rental charges have been removed as well. You will see these credits listed on your next billing statement.
