I had service started by phone later Setpember 2017. No contract, no signature, no early termination. I ended service when I moved 12/4/17. Paid my final bill and am being billed $100 early termination. 2 attempts to ressolve this through Comcast "Customer Service" Billing in the Phillipines, to no avail, and reqyested a American in the Loyalty Dept today, 1/4/18, to which a Sam came on the line, when I started to explain the issue, he hung up on me.. This is another exampkle of Comcast frauulent billing practices, and I am smoking mad. I will report this to the FCC, and will encourage ANYONE I know to cancel their service with Comcast.
