Make sure it is not a phishing email, don't click any links in the email, sign into your account manually. If you can't find a change, you probably need to call comcast, change your passwords

Hi ad4jesus -- Those emails are sent out when there's a change made to one of your email accounts. I can verify what change happened. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication.
