change to service request

I don't really want to make the call to change service.  We've been happy using Comcast for many years.  Now it's time to change service and save some money.  We currently have triple play with HD and Blast.  I need to know what is available for us keeping triple play but going with basic internet service and basic TV service.  My other option is to go only with basic internet and keeping the phone service.  No TV needed really.  Please quote me monthly prices for both options if possible.  And please confirm how long these prices will stay the same without change.  Thank you.
