cannot access my account

I am trying to pay my Comcast bill and cannot access my account to even look at it.  My telephone is on Vacation Hold.  I can get to an Xfinity WiFi site but that's it.

 

I was on the phone (from Canada) for 4 hours on Sunday....asked for a call back for Tuesday - gave them my Canadian number and they must have called the US number.  On the phone for another 3/4 of an hour on Tuesday ... asked for another call back and have heard nothing from them.  Don't they want my money?

Hello sueperrier, I can assist you with getting access to your account online. Do you get any error messages when you attempt to access the bill? When you log in, does the site redirect you to the main page again?
