Make sure when you cancel your service within 30 days of signing your contract, liars from xfinity send you confirmation that your service is cancelled. I signed up on January 16 and cancelled on Feb 9. I called few times to make sure it is cancelled and the service still worked. Those liars assured me my service is cancelled and told me not to worry about it. Finally, my service stopped working on Feb 19. March 19 i get a bill with $110 for early termination fee. Nothing but a bunch of liars. When i called customer service yesterday, they have no notes or anything about me cancelling the service on February 9th. Just doing shady business to steal money from customers.

Can any of you xfinity employees answer my question? Why is comcast doing shady business practices and stealing money from consumers? I will contact TV station in Chicago, they have a nice team that deals with customer issues, and exposes bad companies like comcast/xfinity liars.
Hi, Koza - I see that your issue has been resolved. Please let me know if you have any questions.
