Help please.  I just signed up a week ago for cable tv and internet.  I want to downgrade to internet only.  I want to stream hd and think i only need 25mbps.  I was told I cant take advantage of any online specials, (which offered 25mbps for 29.99 a month) and I would ahave to pay more than i'm paying now.  Any info would be greatly appreciated!  Thank You!!!!!
