can't afford 228.00 per mon for X1 pkg anymore.

i am retiring soon after 39 yrs. i have X1 pkg pay 228.00 per mon.  impossible to pay this amt anymore. trying reduce pkg and get frustrated with answers u get from xfinity. If u can help that would be great.

Please let me know if you were able to receive a lower package. I am in the same situation, not abot to retire but paying $221 a month for the X1 package. Im workin still and cannot afford this high cost for limited entertainment.
