billing lies

I signed up for internet and was offered a promotional rate if I had the eco bill and automatic payments which was set up at the onset of the account. I was lied to by 5 people. On the 6th contact in less than 30 days, I was told the previous 5 neglected to tell me I would get the discount after 45 days. I imagine if I call in again I will get a different story. Bottom line:Comcast employees are told to lie to people to get them to sign up for service. Since you have 30 days to cancel new service and it takes 45+ days to discover your true bill, you will get stuck paying more for the lies.You will not get the credit retroactively. My message to you Corporate Flunkies: Do not expect me to give you a favorable review or even recommend you to my worst enemy. I will happily share your bad billing practices to anyone who will listen.

The discount is applied beginning with the second billing.
