billing cycle

I need to change when my bill is due. It is costing me overdue charges and I am not pleased with this since my pay options are limited to the current date and my pay does not come until the middle and end of the month. Will you please change the date due to the end of each month and remove the latest overdue charges.

Unfortunately, there is no way to manually change the billing date on your account. The only time this would change is if your account was disconnected, and then restarted. If you should happen to need a payment arrangement, we can assist you with that. I apologize for the inconvenience.
