I spoke with customer service this morning trying to get my bill lowered. The gentleman that I spoke with was no gentleman. If I could have undestood what his name was I would have reported him. I asked about lowering my bill. I have internet and cable. he said I had called to often and not taken any offers so they were not going to offer me any deals. I am not sure but I don't think it is his call to make. I pay my bill on time. So I am now trying to decide what to do. I have a few options ...cancel all of my comcast services..... go with another provider or live with it. I don't think I am going to live with it. Opinions anyone.
