I have tried 20 times to sign up for auto pay and I've gone to the website listed for autopay and it does not go to that link. It takes me right back to My Devices. This is ridiculous! Is there a backdoor or something to signup for autopay? Or do I need to get into my car and go find a Comcast store!!! Because customer service on the phone is no help at all!
