auto payment

I was told if I enrolled in automatic payment I could save 5 dollars on my bill. I enrolled last month and the 55 dollars did not come off my bill. Why?

You need to enroll in both autopay and ecobill.  The $5 discount should come off on the second bill after enrolling.
