Whie viewing my bill I noticed this, Effective 02/01/18, Anyroom DVR Service at a monthly rate of $10.00 was added to your account. Adjustments for services added 02/01/18 Anyroom DVR Service 02/01 - 02/26 9.28 26 days @ $0.3569/day based on a monthly rate of $10.00 Total Partial Month Charges & Credits $9.28

I've had the same service and equipment for several years. Is this a new charge for something i've already been using?
