My bill doubled! When I try talking to billing or get through on Chat it keeps telling me my phone number is incorrect so they can't direct me. I went into edit and confirmed my phone numbers are still accurate. Also, I was trying to add NBC sports and roku said i needed to update my xfinity...but..i can't get through to chat or anyone to discuss my account. This is so very frustrating. Why have Chat if noone can access it? This seems to be a common thread in all the areas of your forum. Could someone please call me on my phone number? or answer by email? Something!
