My cable wire from my home to the street came down in the storm on Thursday March 8th. After 45 minutes on the phone I was told they would come Tuesday Mach 13th to make the repair. That is 6 days without my land line, internet and Tv. That is a longtime to wait for a minor repair hook up. My wife and I are senior citizens and depend on the land line. Is there anyone who could help to expedite this repair. Thank you
