I was excited to learn about the Xi5 wireless cable box as it would solve a real problem I have running cable to a portion of my game room that doesn't have a wired option.  But then I was disappointed to learn from the agent I spoke with that it is only being made available to "new installs" - and based on availability of the unit with that particular installer.  Hard to believe they would only make it available to new customers and not those that have paid them many thousands of dollars over the past 10 years.  I understand if availability is limited but to tell an exisiting loyal customer they can't have one but a brand new customer can is ridiculous - but in line with what I've come to expect from poor service oriented businesses.  Needless to say I'll be looking at my options with other companies very soon.
